You need to provide a link to the video on the registration form. Make sure that the video can also be accessed by external reviewers.
Who is the contact person for the project?
Each project must have a contact person. The contact person is one of the authors of the project, a supervisor, or a guardian. They sign in to the registration system, after which they can register any number of projects.
If the contact person represents a group of authors or several projects, they pass on the information to all the others involved. The contact person also receives information on feedback given to the projects and on participation certificates.
The contact person should always be reachable if necessary. Please make sure you provide a phone number that will be answered also during the weekends and email address that is read daily.
Why do I need to submit the consent form for each participant?
The TuKoKe participant is asked to submit consent for storing and accessing personal data in connection with the TuKoKe arrangements. For participants under 18 years old, a guardian’s signature is needed.
